Please note the cabin does not have steps or a deck for river access. This cabin is for guests that want to relax on the screened in porch and take in the amazing views! Inside is a small kitchen with full sized appliances, a queen bedroom with a washer and dryer combo, a bath with a shower, and a nice sized living room.

Chillin’ on the River is a brand new, just completed 2,000 sq ft two bedroom main cabin with a top of the line kitchen and two baths. Plus it has a separate 1,100 sq ft one bedroom apartment with its own kitchen, bedroom, bath and living area. The apartment is above the 3 car garage that has been converted into a bunk/game room. The game room has pool, foosball, ping pong and two sets of twin over queen bunk beds. There is also a half bath dedicated to the bunkroom. This cabin has ample outdoor seating, a gas fireplace, a fire pit, and absolutely unbelievable views! You are just steps away from the lower Mountain Fork River when you book this property! And we thought about your dogs by adding a dog wash station in the full size laundry room! Please note there is no fencing to contain your dogs at the property and an additional $200 non refundable pet fee will be added to the reservation if you choose to bring your dogs.
